Alex Pedersen graduated from the University of Iowa in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Degree in Finance. While in college, he worked for Primerica, a subsidiary of Citigroup, where he obtained his Life License as well as his Series 6 and 63 license. After college he decided he enjoyed the Property & Casualty side of the insurance business better and interned with PDCM Insurance in Waterloo, Iowa. In 2003, Alex moved to Denver and began working for Prince/Empson Insurance and in 2007 bought the Day-Larsen Insurance Agency, Inc. from John Larsen. When Alex gets time away from the office it usually involves skiing or golfing depending on the weather.
